I have a .jar file that requires Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 2 to run.
The current .jar file is a Lan Chat software. Users double-click on that and they can chat using their lan.
I want this .JAR file to be converted into an .EXE file.
The converted .EXE file has to have an Icon. The icon will just be a "black box".
Now the MAJOR thing I want to happen is that the converted .EXE file has to run WITHOUT Java. The .exe file will NOT require Java to run.
So if you know how to convert a .JAR file to .EXE,and make the .exe file NOT need java to run, then this project is for you. The .JAR file currently runs on Windows ME,2000,XP,Vista,so the converted .EXE file must run on ALL Windows versions.
Also, the .exe file has to show the software's version number, which is version 1.0. When you right-click on the .exe file, click Properties, then click VERSION,it will say "1.0" in the "file version description" and "product version" tabs. It will also say the Software name, which is, "no install lan chat", in the "product name" tab and it will say "no install lan chat.exe" in the "original file name" tab.
I use the GAF escrow system only.
Once you accept the project,I will escrow you the money, then once you Finish the project, you have to send me the completed .exe file for me to test,THEN I will finish the escrow payment.
