- I should be able to send 5k emails per day
- I have my own software for sending
- Domain name registration should be provided +hosting
- dkim, dmarc, spf and all other settings should be provided for max inbox rate
- payment: Milestone based
- support has to be provided
- very few spam complaint is expected, no need for rotating ips
