I need a clone of [login to view URL] Although I would like for people to upload images - size the images and also be able to move the images like you can the font in BannerFans. I've already had 2 programmers try to make this and gave me very poor quality work. I need a top notch programmer to clone this site and make my needed adjustments and I'm willing to pay for that quality of work in a timely fashion. Successful completion of this project will lead to next larger project that directly ties into this banner maker.
