Create a Photoshop Banner

We are looking for an experienced, advanced user of Photoshop to create the main image on our homepage. We currently have a flash rotator installed, and this will be image 1 of 4. The image size is 730px wide by 230px high. ****************** YOU MUST SEND YOUR PORTFOLIO LINK TO BE CONSIDERED ****************** The chosen freelancer will be sent screenshots of our development website in order to get a 'feel' for the look we are looking for; a modern yet simple look for a sports website. The banner will probably contain no image, unless convinced otherwise by you. The main message to get across is "free shipping". There will be very little text (sent to you by us); purely a design job with photoshop tools. The final work must be submitted in psd. We are looking for someone who will not try to finish the job in 10 minutes. We want a top of the line, gorgeous looking main image. Users have a very short attention span on the internet, and we need them to be "WOWed" within those 2-3 seconds; if you can't deliver, do not bid. Another side-task is to document how to translate OSC buttons and save individually. We already have a single psd file that houses all buttons in 3 languages. We need you to create a fourth language (French), and from there tell us how to translate each button (we will do that) and how to save them as individual images.
