Babysitting Project

I need a babysitter website completed. Original programmer completed the following: Sitter: register sitter, login, forgot password, and browse sitter Parent: register parents, login, forgot password, change password, and browse parents The following still needs to be completed: Sitter: My account, search sitters, logout, Contact sitter, add favorites Parent: My account, edit parents, search parent, logout, contact family, add favorites, payment part (Verisign and Paypal). Parents should not be able to contact a sitter until payment is made. I do have a [login to view URL] script that will need to be modified to fit the website. Admin Console Panel: need the ability to browse users (sitters and parents), be able to create new accounts from admin console, set payment amount. CHANGE: Right now Country provides a numeric instead of the actual Country in the profile. Please change it to reflect the actual country. NOTES from Original programmer: Files are made in dreamweaver use of dreamweaver templates is used admin side is made in smarty templates all the header and footer of the site comes from database. so once you change the header and footer in database all will be changed in the babysitter site.
