I need someone to do scaled floor plans in auto cad. its not a one off project i need someone to be in touch with us to get regular work on it.

3. also drawing the outline in red and communal areas in green.
4. putting the location map of the property and marking the property in that with red line.
This is a lease plan which is send to the land registry it should be scaled floor plan with direction.
you will get a sketch along with the location map jpg. the output will be the cad file along with the pdf file.
