Adjustable Cart Rack

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design of complex mechanical systems. In past I have designed devices with more than 800 custom designed parts. I can certainly handle this project. Kindly provide some more information on the kind of parts that need to be placed on the rack so as to better design the system. also it would be great if the typical weight of the parts are known so that a proper stress analysis can be carried out so as to build a rugged but optimized design.
