Convert drawing to autocad file

Dear Freelancers,
I have a scan of an engineering drawing as jpg, that I would like to have converted into a proper CAD-File (e. g. Autocad or so). The drawing is the one of a shaft and not complicated. Is it displayed from two positions. A part of the file is attached as a sample. You need to have some experience is doing such drawings, as I want it to be exactly the same as on the picture including the information tables and scales.
Please note that the sample only contains the left part of the drawing, and is there just for you to assess the complication of it.
