We invisage lump sum payment for install, and bouns after 1 month of smooth operations and second bonus payment after 6 months of smooth operations. This encourgages developer to provide after sales support and any upgrades etc. and also give developer more revenue stream from the project.
A. Web site Client Interface
Web site interface with User & Password, that will be given to any register user.
Registered user will give usual details, name, company, address, phone no#, check box if they wish to register their caller ID to the account., how the found the website, referral, google etc.
Users DB will have the originating country, the user CLI’s, and Recording option.
The users top up their funds using Paypal or the register credit card.
The top up, will update the client balance.
User will be able to see its CDR and charges, and have list of recorded calls.
A. IVR
1. Account identification
All calls will come Via SIP
Check CLI, if recognize account move to step 2
If not ask for pin code & move to step 2
2. CLI
Ask for requested CLI client wishes to use
3. Destination number
Ask for number:
Client will dial locally, for example UK client will dial : 0208 133 6333 for London no#
So client account needs to have a default country, and can be different country for different clients.
4. SIP out
Send the call with its requested CLI to the destination number, via A-Z wholesale termination provider of our choice. LCR etc.
B. Recording
If the client choose recording then all his calls will be recorded and upload to the web site so he can see the files.
Client should be able to hear the recorded calls on the IVR and select before dialing the call if he wants it recorded or not. He can also turn on / off permanent recording on the website interface.
C. Rates:
Calls will be charge according to rate table. The balance will be only in currency, not with minutes.
