Asterisk repair

Hello, We have Thirdlane Multi-tenant PBX using Asterisk 1.6 and are having some problems: 1. Some calls aren't being recorded, even if the extension is set to record all calls. 2. Voice recording menu to record an IVR message from an extension says press any key when finished, but only # works. We would like any key to work. 3. Privacy setting which requires the caller to say their name before being connected doesn't work when calls are transferred using Find Me. 4. Faxing with a Linksys ATA and Send Fax with Fax for Asterisk fail intermittently. If you are confident that you can help us resolve any of these issues, please place a bid on this project. Thank you.
