Hi, I'm based in Sydney. I'm currently employed full time with a company in the city centre, but have authorisation to work on other projects. My previous employment was working at a Digital Agency, and one of the services we offered were building custom asterisk/web systems to interact with our client's customers (surveys, appointment reminders, etc). Before that I ran my own taxi base, and built a fault tolerant system based on asterisk with advanced features, such as automated taxi tracking, call centre functionality, etc. I've also integrated asterisk with CRM's. I have installed Asterisk at 20+ sites that range from 25 to 75 handsets. I have used and still use the Linksys SPA-942 POE Phones but my preference is to the Polycom phones but I understand the Linksys handsets. The sites I have configure are typically connected to an Optus or Telstra onramp 10 (PRI ISDN) with some sites using onramp 30. If you utilise a VoIP service provider instead of analogue or digital lines I can also configure that. Each site I have configured typically has 100 or 200 DID depending on size, splitting between personal FAX numbers and direct dial numbers. All my sites have the following features, which is typical of Asterisk. - Direct Inbound Dial numbers for each extension. - Individual fax to email - Voicemail for all extensions and delivered to email - Reception open close and public holiday announcements - Remote Call pickup - Web site to monitor extension status - and more… I have worked with asterisk now for over 7 years and I am dCAP (Digium Certified Asterisk Professional) certified. I live in Brisbane and would be willing to fly down and configure your server. I would then only be willing to maintain and make any required changes to the server remotely. I also use Dell PowerEdge servers for Asterisk. I’m guessing you have an R2X0 or R3X0 server. If you have a Digium card installed into the server and the Dell server has a RAID controller you will have hardware compatibility issues and some changes may be required to the hardware. You haven’t gone into any details as to what you want to accomplish so it is impossible to estimate the required amount of time. The amount I entered as the initial milestone percentage is to cover my flights and accommodation. You say you have servers! I’m not sure why the plural unless you want them clustered which I can do as most of my installs are clustered. This is the first time I’ve used freelancer.com so I’m assuming you are able to reply to this and ask me further questions; so please do so if you need to. I was recently in Melbourne doing some work on Asterisk. During my flight home I was listening to Qantas Business Radio and heard all about freelancer.com. So here I am now. As I’m new to freelancer.com I said I can deliver the project in 5 days. That is the, from start to finish for the project. I would need one or two weeks’ notice before I could actually fly to Sydney.

hi!.. i am from nepal and will setup your asterisk dialer with new install and configuration for any no. of phones..at cheapest rate and which also will cost you low. I already have setup such 5 asterisk dialers here at nepal, kathmandu for call centers. For coming sydney.. i cant assure u that.. but yes i can remotely configure your dialer and also can give online support. Further , i had modified the GUI of asterisk and made it user friendly.
