Clean up/Redesign of Brochure

We need a redesign on this and need to be able to edit. Preferably Publisher, and also a PDF. The original designer did this in Word. All content needs to stay but the design is off. Colors, content and pictures need to remain. It needs to be able to be a printable 2-sided tri-fold brochure. All artwork before and after completion remains our property. We are not crazy about the white word font. This particular blue on blue doesn't really work. Picture needs to be clearer with print. We can add a train pic (that is legal) as well. Just be creative.
