I am looking for a long term Chinese freelancer who has excellent English and Chinese skills, able to do real estate copywriting on off plan projects. He must do some research on how close the project to public transport and amenities around the area. (websites will be provided) and describe the selling points, how attractive the project will be. Using lots of graphics, present your Chinese article in a webpage format. Each article is expected to be around 300 - 600 Chinese words. Please let me know your hourly rate and the time spent to create such webpage. The finished webpage will be post in weibo and other Chinese bbs sites.
