Global competition has increased tremendously during the past few decades. Apart from many other benefits of the competitions such as variety of products, planning in budget, and availability of many options, it has made the clients/ customers as starting product rather than end product. According to Nkechi Eugenia (2010), since the quality of goods is determined by customers thus customers are the only factor that can create competition among organizations. Nowadays, gaining competition has become a matter of knowing customers’ needs and wants. The competition compels businessmen to ensure the quality of product as well.
