I am not sure i'll find the level of talent we need here - maybe yes, maybe not! So these specs are vague, and when I find the right designer I'll totally revise the specs to be specific i.e. produce 5 characters, 8 backgrounds, etc.

Style: airline safety like

Ideally, I'm looking for character animators. DO NOT BID unless you have _character_ illustration experience. Sorry, I don't have time to discuss basic anatomy for someone that has only done logo and page graphics. We will be producing a flash animation in this style. If you don't have character illustration experience...well, i can't ask for tests, but I can say I won't consider anyone without it but will rely on one or two well designed characters.

If you know how to make mouth shapes, head comps (i.e. a few eyebrow symbols with various expressions, eyes in various positions, mouth symbols that change shape based on frame number), etc. for animation, so much the better and please let me know. If you can cut up the body parts, great (i.e. various hand symbols that get swapped out, forearm, bicep). If not, illustration will be great. You need to know how to make symbols in flash.

and last, if you can bring a character to life, even better - please show me...$$$.

The bid will be for X number of backgrounds and Y number of characters including some movable parts i.e. desks, chairs. The setting will not be airline, it will be an office or factory...the airline is just a style. For now, i'm just looking to identify the person with talent.

Also, see the movie "eurotrip" for more visual reference.

Thanks for your interest! This will be a great project of a minimum of several hundred $$ over the span of a few short flash movies.
