ASP to .NET Conversion RUSH

We have an application that was developed in ASP and needs to be converted to .net IN A HURRY. Another rent-a-coder has developed the site, however we need a RUSH JOB in converting to .NET. Bids will be taken for 48 hours, then we will allow seven days for the completion of the project.

A zip file of the complete application will be provided for bidders upon request. In your bid posting/request, please include the following statement, "I agree that I will not disclose to any third-party the information provided for full specifications in accordance with standard NDA agreements."

The original application specification is attached for a general scope of the project. Added features beyond original app are minor and are in the code you may request.

THIS PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE DUE DATE WITHOUT QUESTION. BONUS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR TIMELY COMPLETION TO SPEC. A FULL-TIME PROJECT COORDINATOR WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU UNTIL COMPLETION. WE WILL REQUIRE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT PURPOSES AND PROJECT REVIEW, TROUBLESHOOTING AND DISCUSSION.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

MUST BE DEVELOPED IN .NET WITH A VERY SECURE PROCESS TO PROTECT ALL DATA AND DATA SOURCES. SQL DATABASE. WINDOWS BASED SERVERS.
