Create a 60-second animated Explainer Video for my website/service

I need a simple Explainer Video with animated characters done for my website/service. The service is for event business people so the characters have to look professional. I have very specific scene suggestions below, so ONLY BID IF YOU CAN MAKE THE SCENES or if you can suggest BETTER OR EQUIVALENT ALTERNATIVE SCENES. Actual worded script will be provided to the selected Freelancer. Here are the scene descriptions: 1. A group of business people growing in size, gradually/randomly, maybe with an “event” background scene 2. Stack of documents pop up on screen 3. The documents go into a metal safe or some other kind of secure storage, a business person shaking head/finger in a “no” gesture appears 4. Same business person at computer getting angry or throwing hands up in exasperation 5. Show company logo, maybe inside a big speech bubble of a salesperson 6. Show a graph of upward growth next to a business person being excited or the group from scene #1 growing even larger 18.
