Create an animation based on our story board

We are looking for an animator to help us on the story board we created and "convert" it into a animation.
Based on the attached file, animate it into a 30-60 sec video.
You can refer to Simons Cat on youtube where we are looking for something similar.

You will be giving 2 week project timeline to complete the 30-60 sec video.
You are required to submit the project file & video (Flash project file or any others video tools that you use) at the end of the project.
