We need three different animations, illustrating following situations. The illustrations is supposed to be very simple, we are providing speak ourselves. The animations are going to explain products on our web page. Our target group is crafts business. 1. Movie: Invoice verification General: The system will automatically check the invoice and ensure the price matches the price agreements. Every year, or as required, our members can receive statistics on how much they pay for their materials, compared with the average of all our members' purchases. Chronological workflow: • You negotiate prices with your wholesaler • You receive price agreement • You send price agreement to us • You order goods • The wholesaler sends the invoice - You will receive an invoice by mail or by letter - We automatically receive electronic invoice • When the invoice matches your agreement with you supplier, nothing happens. • If the invoice does not match with the price agreement, you will receive an email with details on the divergence • At the end of the year you have the opportunity to receive statistics on what you pay for your materials , compared with the average of our other users. This knowledge you can use when you negotiate new prices with your supplier. 2. Movie: Quality assurance App and maintenance of the quality management system Maintenance of quality assurance system • You send an email to us with your quality assurance system. • We upload your quality management system into our database. • When you make your annual review, we will send you a link to an online review. • You click on the link and review the questions one by one. • Including: - maintenance of staff directory and qualifications - Test and Measurement - Regulatory Policies , technical instructions and other guidance • When you have answered all the questions , your quality system are updated , and you are ready for a visit from the inspection . Quality assurance App • Start quality by opening the app on your Android or Iphone • Select the checklist you need (from the drop down menu ) • Give the case a name , for example address of constructions place • Answer the questions that come up on the phone • Add photos • Add your gps-location • Submit the quality assurance • The master craftsman receives the completed inspection report, incl. images and gps-location, directly as an attachment to the email. 3. Movie: Other tools The last three tools are described in the same paragraph. • Drawing Software for technical installation drawings with stored templates for the different types of installation. By drag and drop you move items into the drawing. There are shapes and templates for drainage industry. • Customer Survey. You send a link to your customers attached the invoices, the customers can deliver their opinions. The result is send directly to your mailbox. • Calculators: Access to create professional calculations on the website, ex. dimensions, calculation of drop and dig depths relative to the foundations.
