We need 2 (two) different videos, storyboards and assets for animated video infographics based on real estate comparative market analysis (CMA).
I want two different styles, flows, transitions and effects for the same content.
We need to create an interesting and flowing presentation following the storyboard below as a guide.
Video timing will be 45-60sec.
Style should include text, geometric shapes and icons. Property Photos are required, but no clip art in animations. We want modern, exciting, fresh, animations and transitions. Music is not required but will be considered if also provided.

We require the animation storyboards with ALL assets and After Effects project files as they will be converted into our proprietary format. All image assets must be provided at project completion .
Please include links to similar work you have done in your proposal. I will provide the full specifications of story board. Deadline 10th May 2014, Do not bid if you cannot meet the deadline.
