From what I understand, you want an app built to provide customers with deals and discounts of your partners, you want the website as a back end so you can update it regularly, and then those updates will then show up in the app. I can provide this for you with a simple webview, that webview will then link into your website, and from your website you can make changes and updates as you wish. I can build the app interface, make it look like a native iOS app, as apple requires the use and integration of their apps to be built, work, and look like an app, as opposed to an app that has a website in it. I have recently built an app that just got approved by the apple store. It consisted of a webview where the employer consistently updates it with videos and such, so I have experience in this, if that is what you are looking for.
