Custom/Modded Rom for US Verizon s3 i535

General information for the app: WE would like the ROM modified so that french language is enabled and possibly Verizon branding removed Description of requirements/features: We have the Verizon s3 i535 stock rom form the US, unfortunately the ROM has the french language disabled and on bootup it displays the Verizon splash screen, we are looking for the rom to be modified so that:- a) The french language is available b) Verizon splash screen is removed Adding french language is MORE important than the splash screen, for this project we NEED someone who can enable the french language in the rom. We have not been able to root the verizon, so ideally we would need a rom that *thinks* it is legitimate, however if this is not possible then we also need a solution for getting the roms onto the phones by any means necessary. Specific technologies required: Verizon s3 i535 US, android 4.3 or above
