Hi,
I 'd like to have a basic aplication that provides a form to the users. With that form, users fill the gaps and according to these text and selections, a fix text file prepared before will build. And according to the email address that user write, it will sent to a fix email adress from user's address.
Application will came with a welcome page, a begin button. After pressing begin button, application shows the form, user fills the form and submit. Lastly a thanks page appears.
I need a person who can do this project for me.
