Android Vuforia Project Video file caching and simultaneous buffering

I have a functional project on augmented reality using vuforia SDK on native android. I need simultaneous video caching to be implemented in this. i have a fully functional project using vuforia SDK on android native. Only thing that needs to be done is optimize the video caching in the sense that right now the entire video is downloaded and then it plays What is required to be done is the video must buffer from the website until download completes, and once the entire video has been downloaded, then it must play the video from local storage Deadline for completion: Sunday Night 9 pm IST.
