I am looking for some, or a company, that will be able to develop an application for both Android and iOS. The application will be simple and will need to communicate with a very small GPS tracking device that is BlueTooth enabled. The purpose of this is to track the small device when lost via the applications with precision. Please do not pay attention to the budget for this project as it is negotiable. Two separate milestones will be created, one for the Android App and one for the iOS app. The Android app is to be completed first. Time is crucial with this project, as well the result. Please submit your bid to develop the applications for both operating systems. Time, rate, portfolio, and skill set will all be evaluated before awarding this job. If you are not able to deliver these within a reasonable time frame (for this job it should be a top priority over all others, full time work) please do not bid.
