I am looking for someone who can install an app/program onto Android mobile phones/devices silently. The devices also must be non rooted. I know this can be done doing super user. More details will be provided to serious bidders. but the silent install aspect is a what is required. I am quite aware of what the conventional thinking in regarding security certificates. - If you do not believe that a way exists to do what we seek then please simply do not bid. - If you know that you cannot do what we seek again please do not bid. write I can do it in bid so that I can weed out spam.
