Correcting Gmail Filters XML file

This one's pretty straight forward: I moved from personal Gmail to Google Mail Apps, and transferred over my Gmail filters in an XML file. There are about 450 filters in the file. I need someone to please add the correct code to each entry so that these messages avoid the spam filter. **<apps:property name="shouldNeverSpam" value="true"/>** I attempted to do this, but could not get format the XML file correctly. I'm hopeful someone can take this on. Thank you.
