Basic adjustments to an already created Java Web Service

Add unsecure web service with linear implementation in Java using an existing wsdl and schemas ## Deliverables This project has the entire setup done it is just creating a small implementation using an already created wsdl and schema. Upon accepting we will send you the current project for you to implement and test. 1. Error handling is yet to be determined so for now the process can be linear (i.e. receive message from switch, send to bus, respond to switch). You should be able to test with your local oc4j instance and soap UI since you will not have access to our network. Use a Mock Service to simulate the ESB and a normal client to simulate the Open Fox switch. This project is implemented in Java using SOAP based messaging so please only bid if you have the appropriate environments
