Altcoin Fork Coding Changes

Hello, We are looking for a skilled developer to make two additions to our fork of Litecoin. Change 1: Add a dynamic waypoint check. We will have a hosted waypoint file which will contain all waypoints. The client (linux/windows/mac) should attempt to download and check against this file at startup, and after every 5 additional blocks. This file should be stored in the client, and updated at the above interval. If the client fails to update this file, a warning should pop up once every 6 hours. Change 2: Broadcast message through hosted file. Every 6 hours, the clients should check for the existence of a hosted file. If this file exists, the message in the file should be displayed to the user (only a text file).
