Algorithm to rank social media followers by job qualifications.

I have a social media website where pilots can follow companies. I would like to be able to rank the pilots from most to least qualified based on a prefilled pilot resume there qualifications including but not limited to aircraft type, total flight time, flight time in aircraft type, GPAs, how often they update their resume, how often they viewed the company page, and perhaps a couple other perameters.
