We have 120 Condo Association in Florida. We need to do the auditing of our books from 2011 through 2015.
Most of the transactions are pretty standard with monthly condo dues, food charges, housekeeping, and maintenance charges (last 3 items are optional - so every condo does not have that).
Other than that, salaries of staff, contract lawn mowing, and utilities.
All our data is kept in electronic form with every invoice (where available) in online clickable.
