Working within our course development team you would be responsible for the development and enhance of our e-learning resources. The Job Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools. Write scripts, layouts and illustration/animation briefs. Formulate and document client requirements and learning objectives by interviewing subject matter experts. Liaise between subject matter expert and the internal Development team in determining needs of the course and appropriate method of delivery. Assist in client proposal & development of project briefs. Keep ahead of market trends online, in e-learning and in industry training. The Units We require the development of 40 units from the SIT package. Experience The content developer must have experience in tourism and or events and retail. Deliverables • Content for the unit (as per our course guidelines) • At least 1 quiz • 3+ assessments all mapped to AQF requirements • Scripting for audio during o Introduction (expanded intro highlight key things associated with the unit and some kind of encouragement and completion of the unit) o Body (might be several snippets during/to highlight key points) o Exit (summary) • Mapping document (new style) • Marking guide • Other ideas submitted to course development as part of the process/instructional design
