This post is not about a specific project - we are looking for a Houston, Texas based ASP developer for an ongoing contract relationship. We have some existing web-based applications written in Classic ASP & ASP .Net which need occasional modifications / enhancements by experienced ASP developers. RELATIONSHIP: Independent Contractor. PROJECTS: Each Project contract will be based on a clear written Scope of Work. You will provide and adhere to a Quoted Project Price and Committed Timelines for delivery / completion. Of course, Scope changes will translate into adjusted Quoted Price and Timelines. MANDATORY: 1. HOUSTON AREA ONLY: We only want to work with LOCAL HOUSTON developers. Working onsite is NOT required, but occasional in-person meetings about projects at our offices are mandatory, therefore we will only consider LOCAL HOUSTON AREA developers. 2. We are only interested in working with professional, business-minded developers who are interested in developing and maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship. 3. Clear documentation. 4. NDA / Confidentiality agreement. 5. Relevant experience & references.

Hello Sir, I am interested in this project. I am an expert classic asp and asp.net developer. Now regarding being local to TX, I have worked in US for 5+ year and I am still holding a valid H1B visa and a NJ driving license, that being said if awarded, I can certainly come for a face 2 face meeting to understand the project and work.
