Date inserted from form into accessDB

Project for asp programmers- I need to have a form that inserts a date and time into the access data base. I need some one to give me a plain form (no design required) and a simple access database with three fields name date and time. The fields MUST be real date and time not plain text. I need to be able to update the data into the data base using the forms. code in ASP.-NOT insert or delete ONLY update the database Small job...less than hour work for someone who knows what he is doing
