A Web Page

I have a project and I need a page designed to represent this project. This page will have a login form and a signup form. I have already wrote the code for both forms, so you would just need to add the <form> and layout to the html code. I already have a logo, so this page is mostly just html code like making the font look good and choosing a color scheme. I have some example pages you can look at. You may need to create a few buttons. I only need the first page. Any pages the forms lead to I already have. I want a front page that looks nice. No need to create images except for maybe the buttons and some table backgrounds might use a gradient. I want this page to look good, so I need to rely on your expertise in your field to guide me.
