Create Script file on windows 7 to create VPN Connection

I want to make a script file on windows 7 OS , that can do the following: - Create VPN connection SSTP type. - Setup the certificate of this connection automatically, so the user will only choose next, next, ..., finish. - Create a copy of the certificate after installing it on the following path: " Certificates (Local Computer)\Trusted Root Certification\Certificates " which we can reach it by Console Root. - The script file should has an interface which allow the user to put the IP address for the VPN server. - The installed certificate file should be placed at the same folder of the script. - This script should match the windows security policy.
