Basic Teaching of Drupal 7 Commerce Updating and Bug Fix

We have a Drupal 7.14 with commerce kickstart site. We would like to gain knowledge on the following: How to backup and restore entire site database How to properly install updates as well as update Drupal core 7.14 to 7.15 Install module updates We also are receiving an AJAX error upon attempting to install a module. We would like to know how to properly fix this bug. More information can be provided regarding the exact error message. We are basically looking for a tutoring session with a qualified individual with great communication skills. We have basic knowledge of Drupal but some of these items are over our head at this moment. Further programming and tasks are available for qualified individuals.
