We are a visualisation company based in the UK looking to subcontract portions of the 3D modelling for some of our arch viz projects. This project requires the 3D modelling (only) of a small Italian villa from 2d CAD drawings provided by the architect. The villa has a footprint of approximately 157 square meters with 2 floors plus exterior terraces. The total size of the plot is 1500 square meters. The model produced will be imported into Blender for further development by our visualisation team, so a tidy model with clean geometry is essential, preferably in a file format compatible with Blender 2.83 such as .OBJ or native .BLEND. SketchUp or Rhino models would also be okay as we can do the conversion in house. The architectural drawings are clean and very legible. The villa style is traditional with simple geometry, but there are some cornicing and facade details that will require additional attention - all well documented in the CAD drawings though. Looking for a quick turnaround on this. Many potential future projects available if we are happy with the work produced. CAD drawing previews provided as part of this tender - full CAD files will be supplied upon accceptance.
