I need someone to help me with Azure, need to create alerts in different environments for cpu and worker percentage. I have done them manually and is taking too much time. I need a job support 5 hours daily from 8am ct till 1pm ct for 500 monthly.

I currently add CPU-usage and worker-percentage alerts by hand for both our Dev and Stg subscriptions. Because we already manage resources through PowerShell, I would like a fully scripted way to create and maintain those alerts—preferably in PowerShell, but I’m open to Azure CLI, Bicep, ARM templates or Terraform if you can show a clear advantage. What matters is that, once your script runs, Azure Monitor holds two metric alerts for every target resource (CPU and Worker % respectively), with threshold, time-window, severity and action group values taken from parameters.
