Hi I have a Wikipedia page in sandbox however my account doesn’t qualify for the minimum 4 day requirement so I need to be able to somehow transfer the site to someone who has years of experience in this field so they can guarantee approval of my site with their experience and make sure that my site qualifys for Wikipedia.
