Hello, i need to migrate my prestahop website to another server. Same domain, same website. Other server.
Some customers cannot create an order as guest or with account. We're using stock checkout system. Nor can they login as an existing customer. It loops at customer login or at a given level in the checkout process - usually after typing name / email -> continue, meaning you can keep filling your information and press continue, it will not continue. I experienced this myself in chrome - deleting cookies solved it for me. But I cannot ask so many customers to do that. A guess from the reports I get is that around 20% of the customers experience this issue. Hii I have store based on Prestashop 1.6.1.20. Built 7 Years back. I want to upgrade the site with Modern looking theme . Keeping all product URL and all url same as all products are very well indexed in Google. As the site is built way 7 years back. Want to give a very good front end update. Not necessary to upgrade to the latest Prestashop version. The Site has very good SEO as a lot of work done in these years in SEO. Hello, when making test orders (and adding items to cart) in development Prestahop 1.7 site, browser throws 400 Bad Request error. Clearing browser cache solves it. Last time it took about 10 test orders to get the error two times. Screenshot: As its possibly a cookie related issue (a large cookie), please find the cause of it. Thank you.

Hi all, I have a custom Prestashop payment module that works fine most of the time. Sometimes though the payment is successfully taken but no order is created in Prestashop, therefore I can't always tell if an order has been placed. As the error only happens some times it is hard to trace why it is happening. I need someone who is familiar with Prestashop payment modules and gateways and can resolve this. Hi, For my shop I need to handle the stock of my products on the product base. Each product has beetwen 6 and 24 declinations. As an example if my product stock is 30 pieces, the stock should be decreased regarless of the declination ordered, which could be 30 of the same and none of the other. I use the latest Prestashop 1.7 version in a multishop mode (same theme in both shops), Magic Zoom Plus module for images and Panda theme by ST-Themes. Also, I would need the fix written in text file - so that I can apply the fix in case of module / theme / prestahop upgrades.
