What you would do is take the article content, create a few mini-variations of it (mostly just cutting out sections), adding the hyperlink to the related articles, and post it on the Web 2.0 site. Finally, you can ping that page using or Pingoat. Its mostly cutting and pasting and some common-sense. We are looking for a professional to write us a script similar to the one being used on http://www.pingoat.com. As you can see, this website allows the user to input his blog details and then select from a list of...can submit his blog link via the script and have all of the services notified at once. This is a simple script and should not take an expert too long to draw up. It will require you to formulate a list of services such as those available on pingoat to offer submission to. The usual functionality desirable in similar php scripts should be included, such as the option to include a list of banned users/ip addresses.
