I have a current project built using CodeIgniter 3 and I'm looking for someone to upgrade it to CodeIgniter 4. - The upgrade should cover all necessary functionalities such as user authentication, database management, and API integration. - I need someone experienced in CodeIgniter, with a strong grasp of both versions, to ensure a smooth transition. - Since there are third-party libraries and plugins used in the current project, it's crucial that these are taken into account during the upgrade process. Set up a cypress test on my local and cover at least 15 test cases for the application. This will need to be done via ZOOm as we cannot provide access to project files due to data protection.
