We're dividing assets into fractions. We have .sol files related to smart contracts (ERC20 on Ethereum with a bridge on Gnosis). We're in search of an expert who can review these files and determine their functionality for deployment. We need a dedicated customer support telecaller to act as a devoted link to both our existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for offering support for our services, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This role requires: - A proven track record in customer support roles, ideally over the phone - Confidence and skill in handling all types of customer queries - Knowledge of CRM tools - Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities - Experience with service-centric businesses is a plus
