    Our "heatmap" tool (which is a matrix) sits within a simple excel sheet. This has been sufficient while our consultants have been using it with clients. However, we now need a version which is robust enough for clients to use themselves.​ Its current format in Excel is too fragile, and a small change by a client could mean it stops working.​ It needs to be a more robust tool which is more “locked down” so it has a low risk of clients mistakenly breaking it.​
