I require my invoices that are generated in xero to be able to grab the next inv in line number from Xero accounting software and also send the invoice to Xero for accounting purposes. Xero does not allow custom fields and I require the Inv to be sent to my client in a certain format for WORK ORDER # The CTS # + THE BUILDING NAME. We have 3 separate SQL servers that we need to take data from and combine it into one system (filemaker pro) It only needs to read from SQL and does not need to go back to SQL. Our main headquarters updates the SQL every night but we need one main system to look at the 3 separate SQL files from 3 separate servers in 3 separate locations into one main system. This is for inventory. the 3 separate sql servers track inventory at 3 separate locations but they do not talk together so we have no idea what location has what inventory without remoting into the system and physocally looking at 3 separate computers.

Hi, I am a pro photographer and own softw...will not activate (fotoQuote) and there is a 'quirk' requiring a 're-activation' button press each time the software starts up, and I'd like to check with a world class expert that what they are saying is true or whether in fact this can be fixed. ...we're stymied as to copying data from tables/columns in the old DB into the new DB. There are tens of thousands of data cells so simply copy/paste is totally out of the question. Contractor won't try to create a script so we're at a dead end. I am not a coder and barely able to use the cli in Mac's Terminal app, so I'm not capable of creating a script or otherwise to accomplish this. I use excel and pivot tables for weekly cost tracking and projection. The process is clunky and difficult. I believe FileMaker will provide a more elegant solution. Saw you were the only Aussie in the category for XOJO programming.
