    I have an automated script created which when I receive a new email, will scan for a word after a colon, copy this word and paste and enter on another specific portion of my screen instantly. (the coordinates of the screen portion will stay constant). Specific portion is a search bar in one of the program. So that should paste the word in the search bar, and clicks enter.
