OpenCV 4.9.0 should be build for the new C++ Builder 12.1 (bcc64x, Windows modern). With this compiler It should be easier to build OpenCV as this compiler is strongly related to clang 15 (but see to Embarcadero documentation!). Some more info, at the moment cmake is not supported but it should be possible to change the cmake file (we already did something for test).
