I spun up a brand-new Azure Entra ID tenant and installed/used that tenant on my local machine. Ever since doing so, Microsoft Teams desktop refuses to load. The client gets stuck on the splash screen and then consistently throws the same sign-in error on every attempt. No other Microsoft 365 desktop apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) appear to be affected, which strongly suggests the issue is isolated to Teams authentication and/or licensing, likely stemming from Entra ID or Teams-related configuration applied during the tenant setup and sign-in on this machine.
