I have a google sheet with 400 exercises. I need to copy them all over to a notion document with a slightly different format. Here is the google sheet — as important but if you could also select them that would be great. If there is equipment clearly used then select it from the dropdown, it is likely to only be Dumbbell, Barbell, Bench or Resistance band The first sheet separates out the exercises by “movement type”, many of these coincide with the movementPatterns columns.
